Just a few good ones here so far. The first is touchgraph. This allows you to analyse the links to and from a website, much in the same way as Google’s ‘link:’ function. The second is watch that page - this monitors changes to web pages and tips you off.

miscellaneuous analysis tools

google’s labs are very good for trying out new ways of looking at data, as are google’s visualisation tools. IBM have a similar sort of thing going with their many eyes site. Also worth a look is the dabble database tool.
